Ethics, Compliance, and Integrity Committee
Reviews GHIT’s overall governance and supports sound and transparent operations based on ethics, compliance, and integrity principles.
Executive Capacities Committee
Evaluates the CEO’s performance, reviews compensation and bonuses, and supports succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
Remuneration Committee
Provides the Board of Directors with remuneration to directors, excluding the Executive Director who is concurrently serving as the CEO.
Strategic Financing and Planning Committee
Provides strategic advice to the Management Team on resource mobilization and supports GHIT’s long-term financial sustainability.
